What we do
Besides VoIP service, we plan, install, set up, service and support complete PBX systems. We also convert legacy PBX systems to VoIP for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.
Our infrastructure
Our operations are based in New York City, with carrier and network partners across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
The network has no single point of failure.footnote 3 We partner with multiple Tier 1 upstream providers, and every switch, server and piece of network hardware runs in a redundant setup with automatic failover.
The network is built for low latency and minimal packet loss, which is what keeps calls clear.footnote 4
